Every departure has a trip leader, verified stays and a support line that works 24 hours. Rooms are shared only with travellers of the same gender.
What is the usual age group?
Most group trips have travellers between 20 and 40, but anyone fit for the activity is welcome.
Can you customise a trip for my family or company?
Yes. Use the custom trip form and we will send a day-wise plan and quote within 48 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer and all major debit and credit cards. EMI options are available on trips above ₹20,000.
What if a trip is cancelled because of weather?
If we cancel a departure, you can move to another date for free or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
